Raising the production capacity and enhancing of the export prospective of “Skorpion 7” OOD

The project’s overall objective envisages raising the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of “Scorpion 7” OOD and in particular the project is targeted at broadening the capacity of the existing company’s production facilities through executing a number of particular activities intending to improve the production processes and the produced products as well as to raise the enterprise’s resource effectiveness and efficiency. The implementation of the envisaged activities will also improve the company’s market presence both at the internal and at the international markets. The activities will be executed through putting into operation of the following intangible fixed assets: a Navigation and communication technology providing for automation in the tracking devices (trackers’) production and a Software platform providing for automation of the production processes (tuning, testing and personalization) related to putting the tracking devices into exploitation and their consequent usage. The above mentioned technological solutions have been identified as a way of addressing the need for a contemporary solution which will improve the company’s production effectiveness and efficiency, and therefore reduce production costs and optimize production duration. Additionally, these solutions will improve product quality, which will help to expand the market presence both locally and internationally in a contemporary and environmentally friendly way. The putting into operation of the envisaged fixed intangible assets will meet the identified needs of “Scorpion 7” OOD though transforming the company into a competitive enterprise both at the local and the European markets.
