Increasing production capacity of EAZ ltd.

"EAZ" Ltd. produces mainly fasteners and parts, assemblies for circuit breakers, air switches, and metal products, accessories and tools, widely used in energy, industry, telecommunications and construction. Automatic lathes and clamps are made upon customers’ requests and the production process takes place in three stages: mechanical manufacturing (turning), thermal and galvanic treatment (if needed), TCD, packaging and dispatch. Air starters are made in the following sequence: order and delivery of aluminum profile cutting, machining - drilling Profile, order and receive plastic caps, assembling profile and plastic lids, order and receive, equipment, installation of electrical instrumentation, testing, packaging and sale. This project proposal is aimed at expansion of the company through the expansion of the technological park of "EAZ" LTD. To withstand the competitive pressures and strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production. With this project, the company hopes not only to increase productivity and product quality, and to reduce the cost of production, which would make it competitive on foreign markets to which it is oriented. As a result, "EAZ" Ltd will increase its productivity and optimize the manufacturing process, will shorten the processing unit, will reduce production waste and reduce the cost of finished products.
