"Uni M 01" Ltd operates in the field of manufacturing of electric motors and equipment. The main products of the company are: asynchronous general motors and facilities up to 7,5kW, assembled in manufacturing products; and circulators built-in cooling systems of machine tools. The main stages of technological production processes include machining of case details, folding and laying coils of electric motors, assembly processes and operations for assembly and control of finished products. The current project proposal is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technological capacities to the already existing in "Uni M 01" LTD. To withstand competitive pressures and to strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production. The company's needs are caused by the need to optimize the production and development of various corporate products. Major challenge for the company is increased demand for high quality products treated with high-tech machines. To meet the market needs and complete optimization of the production cycle, the company must purchase and put into operation additional capacities and new automated machines. As a result, "Uni M 01" Ltd will increase its production capacity, reduce costs, shorten processing period, and hence production costs and improve quality of finished products. This will lead to increased competitiveness and will ensure the persistence of the company both on domestic and in foreign markets.
