Improving the production capacity and export potential of "Hidropnevmotehnika" AD by deployment of modern technological equipment

The proposal forsees the purchase and installation of innovative production equipment: lathe-cutter machine and CMM with CNC control, with the aim of improvement of the production capacity of Hidropnevmotehnika AD, through its expansion and diversification of the product range. The investment is a key one for the company, since in practice it will lead to the diversification of the product range on the one hand, and on the other it will allow the processing of small rotary details to be performed within the company, so it will be able to control the quality of the manufactured details and the deadline for their production. With the current production equipment in the company at the present time, due to the production of some details by subcontractors, this often results in wasted parts and breach in the agreed term of delivery. A team consisting of a manager, financier, an expert on the preparation, conduction and administration of the procedures for selection of a contractor will be formed for the successful implementation of the project. Except for the expert, all the other members participate in the management of the company at the present time. Each of the members will have a "job" characteristic, describing its duties and responsibilities. The team, by the work of the expert, will prepare the necessary documentation to carry out the procedures for the selection of subcontractor according to PMS 118 and will participate in conducting them. The team will be responsible for the implementation of the relevant measures on publicity and visualization – information signs on the existing business object, stickers on the equipment, information on the website, etc. The team will also exercise internal monitoring and control of the implementation of the activities. The team will be directly involved and responsible for the communication with the MAS, the preparation of technical and financial reporting documents and any accompanying management activities.
