Improving the Production Capacity of "AROMA ESSENCE" Ltd.

To remain competitive, we are constantly challenged to expand production and improve its efficiency and to expand our market, including the international market. This determines the OBJECTIVES of the project: - Increasing our production capacity - Increasing our export potential To achieve the objectives the following activities are planned: 1. ACTIVITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES (by purchasing cosmetic emulsions production line with homogenizer V-300 l , homogenizer with useful volume v-1000 l., semiautomatic dosing line, filter press machine, Tube filling machine, semiautomatic labeling line, packing machine, cellophane packing machine, thermoplastic packing machine, forklift) 2. ACTIVITIES FOR INTRODUCTION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF RESOURCE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS (by purchasing Standard installation for the reverse osmosis) 3. ACTIVITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING PRODUCTS (by purchasing Centrifuge, Stereomicroscope, Digital viscometer, Laboratory dryer Microbiological laminar, Digital handheld refractometer, Homogenizer (laboratory), Precise scale, Magnetic stirrer with heating)_ These activities will be performed in our existing production base in Chergarovo village, Kazanlak municipality, therefore the planned project activities fall within the category: Investments in tangible assets related to the extension of the capacity of an existing establishment. The main results of the project will be: - Production capacity of "AROMA ESSENCE" Ltd. for cosmetic products and perfumes will be increased with 300%. - Increased export potential of the enterprise - Improved resource efficiency by reducing the use of electic energy, which will be a contribution to environmental protection.
