Improving production capacity in "Yotov" Ltd .

The present project proposal will introduce technological renovation, which will improve the manufacturing processes in "Yotov" Ltd and will increase its efficiency and competitiveness. These will contribute to the consolidation and development of the company on national and international markets. The proposal activities introduce specialized high tech machinery for metalworking - a fibro laser and a computerized numerical control (CNC) lathe in "Yotov" Ltd. Problems and constraints to the development of the enterprise are described. Based on justification and quantitative measures it is described how the project will positively affect the development of the enterprise. A substantial increase of production capacity and export is expected. Compared to 2014 year the export will increase by more than 25 %, the labor productivity will increase by more than 15 percent, and the efficiency of production costs will also increase by more than 16 percent. Significant improvement in resource efficiency and effectiveness will be achieved - a decrease of 5,5 tonnes combined waste and a reduction of water consumption with more than 4 cubic meters. Compliance of the project with the field "Mechatronics and clean technologies" of Innovation Strategy for smart specialization is also described. By realization of this project, "Yotov" Ltd will start manufacturing and marketing of more products with better quality and features at competitive prices. The company will cover the necessary quality standards, but it will also grow its production capacity for greater volumes, which will improve its position on existing markets. As a result "Yotov" Ltd will actually unfold its full potential, offering its quality products in a growing number of countries.
