Increasing of manifacturing capacity of NatureBase JSC

The present project proposal is introducing technological innovations in "Natyurbeys" JSC and improving productivity, increasing efficiency and its competitiveness, which will contribute to the strengtening of the development of the company, mostly on international markets. The project proposal includes activities consisting of procurement and installation of specialized high-tech cauldron and related equipment for the production of organic essential oils. Problems and constraints to the development of enterprise, mainly technology are thoroughly described. It is also described, based on justification and quantitative measures, how the project will positively affect the development of the enterprise in the medium and long term. As a consequence of the implementation of the project are expected significant increases. Export will increase more than 25%, "Labor productivity" will increase by more than 15% and "Efficiency of the production costs" will increase by more than 16%. Significant improvement in resource efficiency and effectiveness is also expected. It is going to be created waste-free technology and a reduction of over 5 tonnes of waste anually. Water consumption will be reduced by about 300 cubic meters of water annually. It is proved that the project corresponds to the field "Industry for a Healthy Life and Biotechnology" of "Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization". With the realization of this project "Naturbase" JSC will have the opportunity increase its production capacity and begin to produce more products with better quality at a competitive price. Thus the company will develop into a stable, sustainable and efficient production structure competitive on all world manufacturers of essential oils.
