Increasing of the production capacity and the export of NAK MASH 97 Ltd

The gradual technological modernization is a base for fulfilling the strategy of NAK MASH 97 Ltd for development of the enterprise. The first investment program includes three stages and it has been realized during the period of year 2007 until the year of 2013. The first stage (year of 2015 until the year of 2017) of the program that is until the year of 2020 foresees expanding of the machine park of NAK MASH 97 Ltd with high-tech resource-effective machines for processing of medium and large parts, including combined milling and lathe processing. In practice, the realization of this stage is ensured by the execution of the following project activities: 1. Activity for implementing of new technologies for improving of the resource effectiveness and efficacy in the production process ( by delivery, installation and putting into operation of five axis CNC machining center for large parts ) 2. Activity for diversification of the assortment of products and services of the enterprise (by delivery, installation and putting into operation of five axis CNC machining center for large parts and five axis CNC machining center). As a result of the realization of the project: - the resource effectiveness will improve as the expenses for materials and raw materials will decrease; - the efficacy will improve and the production process will be optimized; - new products will be implemented in the production – range NC two bating eccentric presses with 250, 300 and 400 tons punch; - the production capacity will increase; - the labour productivity will increase; - the quality of the production will increase; - the export will increase. Generally the realization of the project will lead to an increase of the competitiveness of NAK MASH 97 Ltd at the domestic and international markets.
