Improving the production capacity and increasing competitiveness of Simaro Ltd. through investment in high-tech equipment

Simaro Ltd. is a small company founded in 1996 in Stara Zagora, with main activity "Manufacture of machinery for metal processing" (EAC 28.41). The company provides production and retrofit of specialized CNC machines and means of automation. The engineers design own models coordinate machines for gas cutting and water cutting, and other machinery and special purpose modules. In line with its production and marketing strategy, the company is willing to expand its manufacturing and development, to increase significantly the production of the range coordinate machines for gas-plasma cutting, to put on the market a new machine for water cutting with high pressure pump, and to developed a number of innovative, high-tech products, to strengthen its presence in the Bulgarian market and to increase exports to neighboring countries. The growing demand for machines coordinate, conditioned by their relatively low prices for Bulgarian market as well as upgraded by retrofitting machines, require inclusion in the production process of high-tech laser cutting machine - Fiber laser. By supporting investment will increase production capacity of the company, will improve its presence in foreign markets. As a result of investment in the next five years will increase production capacity with 96% and consequently net sales by 198%, ie an average of 40% annually. Productivity will increase by 20.85%, will increase cost efficiency by 16.71%. Will increase the export potential of the company to 27.45% as well, while 25% expect revenues to be generated from exports. All this will make it possible within five years to reach 15.2% internal rate of return. As an added social impact will reveal three new jobs.
