Increasing production capacity and ensuring sustainable development of Kres-D Ltd

Kres-D Ltd was founded in 1990 with 100% private ownership. Its main activity is hydraulic elements production, mainly hydraulic cylinders for the shipbuilding and ship-repair, the mining industry, port and railway construction equipment. The company works mainly for export, with more than 90% of the turnover is produced for foreign clients, such as France, Germany, Sweden, Finland, USA, Russia and others. The manufacturing facilities of the company are located on private land, in the city of Kazanlak, and the newest modern workshop was opened in August 2014. Kres-D Ltd has well trained engineering design team for developing the company's products. In that way we can respond quickly and adequately to customers' requirements. To ensure and guarantee the high quality of its products, the company applies a system of quality management, in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008. The current project aims to increase the production capacity of the company and also to provide sustainable development in the future. The intention of the company is to buy metal processing high-end CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines in order to improve product quality and labour productivity. Also, the company aims to purchase intangible assets - software engineering design software and CAM module for design and production management, which will improve the design process in the company and will make the production management more efficient. In that way Kress-D will ensure improvement of the quality of the production process and will provide its customers with production in accordance with all their requirements. Last but not least, the project will create new jobs in the company.
