Improving the production capacity of competitiveness and growth of "Nikos Hranengineering" - Dobrich

The current project is linked to investments in equipment and new technologies, in order to increase the production capacity and strengthen the export potential of the machinery manufacturer company "Nikos Hranengineering" Ltd. The company operates in the sector of high-technology production of machinery and tools for the food-processing industry. It is an export-oriented company and it realizes over 90 % of its production to the outer markets. Keeping factor for the growth of the establishment and its competitiveness to the export markets is the low productiveness and the usage of ineffective and expensive technologies. The planned investments related to this project shall contribute to raising the export potential of the company, through improvements in the production processess, achieving higher productivity, lowering the production expenses and increase in the added value to the manufactured machinery, equipment and automated technological lines for the food-processing industry. The project of "Nikos Hranengineering" Ltd is in the field of "Mechatronics and Pure Technologies" from the Innovation strategy for intelligent specialization (ISIS 2014). The purposes of the project are targeting enhancement of the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of the company through investments in high-technology equipment and new technologies for production of machines and automated lines for the milk-processing industry. The expected results are: Raising the production capacity with 21 % by mechanization and automation of the production processes; Raising the export potential with over 100 %] Improvement of the resource effectiveness by implementation of technology for reducing the production waste with up to 30 %; The main activities are related to investments for improvement of the production processes and for implementation of new technologies for improvement of the resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production process.
