The project provides a purchase of new machinery and equipment as follows: 1. CNC hydraulic press brake machine equipped with a set of bending tools ("blades") - 1 piece 2. Multi functional ironworker for guillotine shearing of profiles, set squares, etc., for angular cutting and punching - 1 piece 3. CNC Automatic laser cutting machine for cutting sheet metal, with Intelligent Auto Focus Capacitance Cutting Head, automatic shuttle table for loading /unloading metal sheets, installed CAD/CAM software and Fume Extraction System - 1 piece 4. Resistance stud spliced welding machine for fittings - 1 piece 5. Pneumatic operated suspended gun, equipped with balancer, water cooling system, arms and electrodes - 2 pieces and their commissioning by upbuilding a combined production line with already existing machines. The project location is a new building unit with a sustainable design, that company "BIS" Ltd constructs on its own land and with own funds.
