Expanding the production capacity of “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd. by technological modernization and optimization of the production process

This project is aimed at increasing the production capacity and expanding the export potential of “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd. through investment in purchasing, delivery, installation and start-up of modern technological equipment for processing of metal sheets (laser cutting and bending), which will lead to automation of the process of production of elevators and spare parts for elevators in the company production facilities, found in the town of Vetren, Septemvri municipality. “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd. was established in 2011. Owner of the company is Silviya Mihaylova Bivolarska. The enterprise is specialized in the production of electric elevators and spare parts for elevators. Since its establishment the enterprise turns into one of the biggest producers of elevators in Bulgaria, strengthening its positions in the national market by continuously increasing its market share. The implementation of the project will help achieve a number of priorities which are part of the medium- and long-term business strategy of the company, namely: automation of the production process; improving the quality and at the same time – optimizing the overall production costs as well as reducing the unit costs of production; expanding the market positions in the national and international market; increasing the number of employed and improving employment quality in the enterprise; increasing the resource effectiveness and efficiency of the production process. The implementation of the project will help overcome a number of problems facing the company, namely low productivity, lack of abilities for improvement of the characteristics of the company products – elevators and spare parts for elevators, low level of automation of the production process, high production waste, etc. These are the factors which motivate the present project proposal of “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd.
