Improving production capacity and export potential of UNITECH - HRISTEV I SIE

The project proposal of UNITECH - HRISTEV I SIE is related to the implementation of activities to improve production processes, adding new features and improving existing products, introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. There will be a selection of suppliers, purchasing, delivery and commissioning of new automated technological equipment for metal processing for the production of stainless steel pumps for industry so that the activities could be implemented. The need for implementation of the project stems from the lack of sufficient production and technological capacity for large or special orders, use of obsolete technology and equipment of an average age of about 20 years. They require high labor intensity of the operations and higher production costs thereby the required quality, precision and speed in production cannot be reached. With the machines in place many manufacturing processes are performed manually and lead to inaccuracies as a result of yielding mismatched parts subject to adjustments or processing impairs the production process, reduces the productivity, which leads to lower performance in the production chain. A need of subcontracting is also available. The investment project will result in automated technological equipment for machining and welding that will improve and modernize the production process and will optimize the production chain, increase manufacturing capacity and productivity and decrease costs, inconsistent details, deadlines for execution and device cost. This will enable UNITECH - HRISTEV I SIE to expand production and market positions, especially in international markets where competition is high, and short implementation deadlines, quality and flexible prices are crucial for demand.
