Sustainable Growth with increased capacity and export potential

ISS OOD is electronic items manufacturer, well established on the Bulgarian market. The biggest challenge for the development of the company is the sustainability and the expansion of its market position in a globalized competition and dynamically changing market. The performed analysis of company’s activities highlights: lack of sufficient production capacity in meetng the required market volumes; limited options to improve the existing product range in order to enter new market niches; high production costs hindering flexible price policy and resource sustainability. The limitations with respect to the above issues necessitate for implementation of the following activities, subject to this project proposal: 1. Activities to improve production processes through investments in: - Automatic stencil printer, SMD Synergy installation line, Automatic Machine for visual control and Laser with 3D setting – high-technology equipment to achieve increased capacity in Workshop Electronic components. - Digital punching machine and CNC cutting machine - to increase the ability to overcome the bottleneck in the production workshop for Metal components by improvement in cutting and punching processes for production of metal boxes for electronic devices, heaters for power electronic components. 2. Activities for adding new features and improving the existing products through investments in: SMD Synergy installation line, with technology options for application of micro components with small dimensions. 3. Activities to implement new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process through investments in Automatic Stencil printer decreased consumption of glue and Laser with 3D without expenses for labeling materials. The implementation of the present project proposal will lead to increase ISS’s competitiveness and will guarantee its sustainable presence in the domestic and international markets
