Improvement of the production capacity ot "INDEX-6" Ltd

This project proposal is targeted towards improvement of the production capacity of the "INDEX-6" Ltd., by improving the production process and improved resource efficiency and effectiveness. This will be achieved through introducing new equipment, industrial measuring machines in the production practice of the company, namely: Lathe-2 pcs., Milling machine-2pcs, Drilling and milling machine-2 pcs., CNC coordinate measuring machine-1pc., Forklift-1pc. and Booster compressor installation-1pc. Besides these machines, the company will purchase CAM system-1pc. for the processes of creating and optimizing the opperating machine times. With the project "INDEX-6" Ltd. will improve the production processes through optimal technological assignments for production of details, optimized metal processing and measuring operations which will lead to increased productivity of the processes. The expected results of the project are mainly related to the increased number of machines produced by "INDEX-6" Ltd. with optimized production costs for raw materials. Additional positive effects are expected from reduced time to secure and move the manufactured parts, and the availability of sufficient quantities of compressed air for the increased production capacity. An additional positive effect is the achievement of significant optimizations in terms of resource effectiveness and efficiency in production of the company. In financial terms, the described positive results will lead to ~ 37ml. lev net sales (2020)., increased efficiency in production costs by over 16% and increase the revenue generated from the export of over 42%.
