Improvement of the production capacity of "Buleko 2000" Ltd

This project proposal aims to improve the production capacity of "Buleko 2000" Ltd. for the production of liquid and powder detergents with consumer and professional use. This will be achieved through the implementation in production of Packing line-1pc., Granulator-1pc., Bottling line-1pc. This equipment will allow the company to optimize and overcome bottlenecks in the production process and thereby improving basic production processes, namely: 1) the bottling of liquid products, 2) granulation and packaging of powdered products. With the project, the company expects increase in revenues from exports over 25%, growth in net sales to over 5.7 million (2021) and improving the efficiency of the production costs by over 16%, which is due to the achievement of over 4.7 mln.kg. production (2021) compared to currently produced 3.9 mln.kg. (2014). With the implementation of the project is expected to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness of the production process by reducing the amount of waste generated by enterprise with 1.5 tons / year, due to failure of damaged packaging in the process of bottling. Additional positive effects of the project are expected due to the fact that the company will diversify the range of offered washing and cleaning powders produced in existing business object with packaging and 1 kg., which currently can not be offered because of technological limitations of existing lines.
