The current project proposal is aimed at purchasing and installation of Lathe with CNC and Y-axis -1 unit, Laser welding device – 1 unit, Universal roundgrinding machine – 1 unit and Wire erosion – 1 unit and Bulk erosion - 1 unit. Improvement of the production process will be achieved with these machines by higher accuracy and higher speed of the treatments, automation of operations and reduction of the number of operations needed to perform a process. Improvement of the resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process will also be achieved with the new machines by reducing the production waste of steel. The new tangible long-term assets will lead to increase in the productivity with more than 28%, increase in the average generated export revenues as a result of the current investment with 25% as well as increase in the production costs efficiency with more than 16% due to efficiency improvement. The project is implemented in the field of “Mechatronics and clean technology” from the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization.
