Improving production capacity in "Chemax Pharma" Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at purchasing and commissioning of pharmaceutical equipment: one Automated line for liquid pharmaceutical products and one Sachet machine. Improvement of the production process will be achieved with these machines by automation of the secondary packaging of liquid dosage products and insuring of greater flexibility and capacity in manufacturing of solid dosage products. In addition the effectiveness and efficiency of resources will be improved. The new tangible long-term assets are high-tech, automated and precise, which will lead to increase in the productivity with more than 18%, increase in the average generated export revenues as a result of the current investment with more than 27% due to the capability for acceptance of new orders from foreign clients as well as increase in the production costs efficiency with more than 16% due to efficiency improvement. The project is implemented in the field of "Industry for healthy life and Biotechnologies" from the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization.
