Improving the production capacity of Kamt JSC.

"KAMT" JSC was founded in 1953 and today operates as a specialized manufacturer of agricultural machinery. The main products of the company are: disc harrows; shredders for stalks cultivators, tractor rollers, universal wine mounted machines, cutters, etc. Different products pass through various manufacturing steps such as casting, nesting material, forging and pressing, heat treatment, welding, machine-welding, milling, drilling, gear-cutting, grinding, etc .; electrostatic powder coating, installation ; packing. This project proposal is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technological capacities to the already existing in "KAMT" Jsc. To withstand competitive pressures and to strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency in various stages of production. The company's needs are caused by the need to optimize the production and develop various corporate products. The main challenge for the company can be determined by the increased demand for high quality products treated with high-tech machines. To meet the market needs and to complete the optimization of the production cycle, the company must purchase and put into operation additional capacities and new automated machines. As a result, "KAMT" Jsc will increase its productivity and production capacity of the existing product nomenclature, will reduce production costs, and hence the cost of finished products, and improve the quality of its products. This in turn will lead to increased competitiveness and ensure the persistence of the company by expanding the range of its clients both in the domestic and foreign market.
