IMPROVING THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF HIDROSIST LTD

Hidrosist Ltd is a company specialized in the production of innovative solutions in the field of electricity production from alternative energy sources. The company began production of a new range of innovative electrical generators with permanent magnets dual rotor based on its own patent technology. The generator’s double rotor makes it possible to reduce the size and weight that leads to a reduction in the product price by up to two times in comparison with the generators with permanent magnets produced by competitive companies, the generators are cheaper than the conventional asynchronous generators. Due to the results of implemented investment projects, combined with good management, the company would be able to achieve sustainable growth in the medium and long term, in case the necessary resources for a sustainable development of the company would be invested. The restrictions on the company impose carrying out activities to improve production processes and significantly diversify production range, which would require significant investments in innovative new production equipment. With this project Hidrosist Ltd will modernize and optimize its production activities through the implementation of six new high-tech dies which meet modern requirements. Those dies are required for a precision manufacturing of various types of generators, which in practice will allow a significant expansion of potential customers and will increase the competitiveness of the company, both on domestic and international markets. By implementing the planned dies it would be possible to reduce the cost of final production, improve product quality, reduce inefficient operations, and shorten production periods. All this would increase the resource efficiency of production process and would diverse the range of products offered by the company.
