Improving the production capacity of Techmash Ltd by investment in automated technological equipment

TEHMASH Ltd. was founded in 1996 and is specialized in the manufacture and repair of standard and custom hydraulic cylinders with wide application - general engineering, metallurgy, shipping, mining, handling equipment, concrete - pumps, injection - machinery, hydraulic presses. The company seeks to maintain its existing market share in the country and to target new markets through new products and engineering services at high quality but the available equipment is now obsolete, manual or semi-automatic and requires additional finishing processment of the details, which restricts the company's development .Main operations such as cutting and welding of the individual parts are outsourced due to lack of technological equipment. This makes difficult the quality control, reduces productivity and limits the development of new products to be imposed on the market. With this project Tehmash will purchase modern technological equipment to automate the main stages of the production cycle-turning, milling, threading and welding .The investment is vital for the company's development as it will optimize production process, improve the quality production, which will positively affect the financial position of the company and will help to find new external markets. The project includes the purchase of automated machines: 2 pcs. CNC lathe (12-positional head), 2 pcs. CNC lathe (6-positional head), CNC machining center, welding machine water-cooled wire feeder with accessories, printer plotter for drawings A0-A4. The machinery is highly productive, energy efficient and ensuring effective control of the quality and safety production, which directly contributes to better resource efficiency - less waste production and lower energy consumption.
