Improving production capacity in "Eltrade" Ltd.

The proposal includes purchasing of: machine for production of paper rollers; digital oscilloscope and testing analyzer; system for management of production processes, data storage and crypting. The automatic slitting machine will replace 5 of the existing manual machines, with age b/n 10 and 15 years, it will improve the production process, increase production capacity, improve the quality of products and reduce waste expenses. With the help of digital oscilloscope and testing analyzer, the company will be able to conduct independent testings of the projected devices for electro-magnetic and electrical compatibility. This will reduce expenses for the conduction of such testings in external laboratories, enhance the process of design and satisfy the requirements of standards for electrical and electro-magnetic compatibility. The computer system will enable the implementation of requirements of Regulation 18 for introduction and storage (for 5 years) of data from the fiscal memories of the produced fiscal devices, it will guarantee the process of follow-up of defective rate and will increase the credibility of the devices. The major purpose of the project is to increase production capacity and export potential of the company. The expected results include: reduction of production expenses and optimization of production process; usage of new technologies and machines; increase of production capacity for satisfaction of market demand volumes; high quality of produced goods. The results from the investment will increase the competitiveness of the company and enhance its export potential and market positions through purchasing of new machines and equipment for improvement of the production process, higher productivity, reduction of production expenses and optimization of the product chain.
