The current project suggestion is directed to improving the production process enhancing the export potential of “Elstart” Ltd. Optimizing the production expenses and diversiting of the assortment of offered products by purchasing a system for laser cutting with fiber optic source and acombined backhoe loader. Buying the above-mentioned machinery will ensure the opportunity to produce details which the company was unable to offer so far, as well as processing raw materials with different thickness, for example: •More complex details such as metal parts with specific form for the mechanical engineering industry. •Cutting up steel plates with different shapes and having the opportunity for specified optimization of the separate details on the steel plates. •Cutting up steel plates with different shapes with the opportunity for precise optimization of the separate details on the steel plate, leading to minimum waste of the plates. Fast, precise and economic method for laser cutting. The necessity of the project is based on the need of increasing the company’s competitiveness which can be possible by fulfilling the following: •Up-to-dating, Modernization and expansion of the available machine park. Which is morally outdated; this will improve the machine-building action. •Reducing the price cost of the produced materials in order to achieve more competitive prices. •Modernization and auto motorization of the producti on process for faster completion and reduction of production waste; shortening the time for executing the orders •Auto motorization of the production of individual parts, small and limited series; •Widening the range of products – the market is developing, the search of products made from steel plates in Romania, Germany and other countries from the EU, as well as Russia and in other former soviet republics is greater than, the possibilities of the Bulgarian companies that hold out the required products.
