Improving the production capacity at the production line for liquid and suspension fertilizers in Ecofol JSC, in the town of Targovishte

Ecofol is a Joint-Stock Company, established in 1989 in the town of Targovishte, with main business activity - production of liquid and suspension fertilizers, chemical, biological and other products for the agricultural and farming, as well as related research, technology and engineering activities. The Company produces mostly fertilizers with the "LACTOFOL" trademark - a patented item and a golden award-winner of the World Intellectual Property Organization - WIPO in Geneva; also a golden award winner at the Plovdiv Fair. They are designed for deciduous feeding of agricultural crops and ornamental plants. The main product groups in ECOFOL' manufacturing list are: - Foliar fertilizers - for the main agricultural crops - wheat, sunflower, corn, rape, vineyards, tobacco, fruit trees, vegetables and others, - Fertilizers for decorative vegetation, leaf-ornamental and blossoming flowers, lawns, shrubs and other ornamental plants. This project shall demonstrate the need for the company to leverage investments in tangible assets - i.e. production equipment in order to to create export potential for the applicant and improve his production capacity. The project includes actions to enhance manufacturing processes, adding new features and improving the quality of existing products, also activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The project falls within the category of investments "Expanding the capacity of an existing business establishment". It shall be implemented at the production facilities of the Applicant, located in the town of Targovishte.
