Improving the production of "Alteya Organics" Ltd. through the introduction of new high-tech equipment

Alteya Organics Ltd. was established in 2007. The company specializes in the production of organic rose oil and water, as well as a wide range of certified organic beauty products based on Bulgarian rose oil and lavender. The enterprise has its own rose and lavender plantations, certified organic, as well as its own rose distillery and a production base near the village of Yagoda, Maglij Municipality. The company has a strong presence on international markets, with its production being very well known in Japan, USA, Hong Kong, Korea and the European Union. So far Alteya Organics Ltd. has succeeded in positioning itself as the most successful bio cosmetics company in Bulgaria having won numerous prizes and awards at home and abroad. The company has offices and representative offices in USA, Japan and Korea. In order to improve the manufacturing process of the company and its export potential, Alteya Organics Ltd. will implement a modern and high-tech automated line for filling, capping and labeling, as well as modern and more precise laboratory equipment. The filling line will enable the company to fully close the production cycle within the enterprise. It is extremely important for the organic production process to keep track of the quality of essential oils throughout the distillation process. With the purchase of laboratory equipment Alteya Organics Ltd. will be able to monitor the parameters of rose oil in real time and will be able to manufacture a product of very high quality, meeting all specific needs of customers. The aforementioned equipment will also create conditions for further enhancement of the company’s product range. The successful realization of the project will enable the enterprise to improve the manufacturing process and to increase its production capacity, leading to increased production quality, broader product range, increased production volumes and full compliance with customer requirements.
