Improving the production capacity of CENTRALNA ENERGOREMONTNA BAZA EAD (CERB)

This project proposal will contribute to optimize the production capacity of CERB through the purchase of specialized technology directly related to the production processes in the enterprise. Delivery of the (impulse system for voltage testing) impulse generator will help to close the cycle of the production process in the enterprise, without the need to outsource key elements of this process as a way to achieve efficient and optimal competitive production. This project was developed in response to the need to save high production costs of the company related to the outsourcing of key activities of production, the use of outdated technologies for the implementation of production processes and the lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market volumes now . Once equipped with the above technologies will resolve problems concerning the available limited resources that limit production capacity CERB. On the other hand both completed projects will unlock opportunities for access to overseas markets, sustainable development and the company's presence on the market. The expected results of this project are to improve the competitiveness of CERB and create potential for export and as a result - improved market presence of the company - through technologies for improving the production process, achieving higher productivity, reduced production costs and optimization of the production chain.
