Improving production capacity in NINACHIM Ltd

The project proposal envisages commissioning of Automated system for production of water-dispersible paints - 1 pc and Solvent Reclaimer - 1 pc. The project's aim is growth of the production capacity of the company; increase of company's performance; increase of the production efficiency; expansion of "NINACHIM" Ltd market positions on internal and external level. The project proposal includes Activity for improvement of the production process and Activity for commissioning of a new technologies for improvement of the resources and production efficiency. The need for the envisaged project activities is determined by the currently defined major problems: extremely time-consuming water-dispersible paints production dominated by weak and unstable productive manual labor; more expensive products because of low productivity and obsolescence of existing equipment; uneven quality of end products; the necessity of finding a solution for distillation of contaminated organic turpentine remains; trend in loss of potential orders due to lack of capacity and speed in execution. The project execution will lead to manufacturing processes' improvement and their efficiency increase; the effectiveness of the production costs will be increased; product quality will be improved and good conditions will be set for products cost decrease; the resources efficiency of the company will grow and waste-free technology. These positive tendencies will support the sustainable development of NINACHIM Ltd. They will stimulate company's market share growth in Bulgaria, will assist its successful performance on the foreign markets and ecologically responsible industry.
