Modernization of the production process, increasing production capacity and export potential of "SKITIA 1 GT" Ltd., by purchasing new equipment

“SKITIA 1 GT” LTD was founded in 2001 with company case № 186, and its activity is manufacturing and marketing of household appliances. The company has stores for wholesale and retail of household and industrial products in General Toshevo and Dobrich. Company’s strategic program, aiming its growth and successful development, is purposed to: 1. Expansion and modernization of production lines; 2. Opening new jobs; 3. Introducing system for human resource management. The plan for expanding the company’s activities has been prepared under the conditions of market economy and complies with all the area specific characteristics, in which the company performs. Project activities aim to increase the company’s production capacity and the subsequent increase in export potential, by purchasing new machinery. This machinery is crucial for improving the quality of the end products, increased productivity, lower production costs, increased resource efficiency and reducing the manual operation’s number. Through project’s implementation, the following machines will be delivered and put into operation: 1. Electromechanical guillotine and equipment set – 1 pc; 2. Mechanical eccentric presses – 2pcs; 3. Hydraulic press brake – 1 pc; 5. Electromechanical guillotine – 1 pc. Introducing the equipment, which the company applies to purchase trough this project proposal, will increase company’s production capacity and will enable it to deploy their entire production potential. Lowering the final product’s cost, the net incomes will increase. The new equipment will improve the quality and reduce the production costs, which will increase the company’s competitiveness.
