Improvement of the production capacity of Lemna Ecoinvest-Bulgaria JSC

Lemna Ecoinvest-Bulgaria JSC (LEB JSC) produces and works with chemical products for water treatment, designs and starts up water treatment facilities and supplies reagents for them. To ensure sales growth and sustainable development the company must overcome the limitations in terms of competitiveness on the domestic and European market. Support for the development of productive capacity necessary to improve production performance through delivery of new equipment and its effective use. For the needs of high-tech activity is necessary the introduction of the most modern technical means of measurement. They should ensure to the Testing laboratory the possibility of fast and quality services in the broad analytical range. Special EU directives on integrated pollution prevention and environmental control set mandatory conditions requiring strengthening the capacity of LEB JSC for development and implementation of innovative technologies, products and services. Effective and efficient use of factors of production involves improving production processes through investments in tangible and intangible assets and / or reengineering processes. Achieving of this goal creates an opportunity to increase productivity of the company, expanding the product portfolio and entering new markets and maintain existing positions. The project envisages implementation of resource-efficient technologies in production through delivery of high performance machines: reactor with unconventional equipment, pumps for works with corrosive aggressive liquids, a new type of forklift for use in indoor and outdoor spaces. For the needs of production activities and services offered by LEB JSC, a delivery of gas chromatograph with mass spectrometer triple quadropole , equipped with units for extraction and sample preparation is envisaged. Planned results are to increase revenues by 21%, including 25% from exports and increase of the labor productivity by 15,94%.
