Improving the production capacity in TESPOM JSC

TESPOM JSC is a medium enterprise specialized in the production of material handling equipment, mainly cable hoists. The Company has completed single orders for crane components - front beams, geared motors "double-rail crane trolleys." The methods and technologies need to provide stable and guaranteed quality at competitive prices with 100% of production irrespective of its volume. This project proposal of the candidate TESPOM JSC is based on the aim of improving production capacity and increase export potential of the company, through realization of investment in fixed asset with a focus on expanding the capacity of existing business object, namely a horizontal machining center with a rotary table totaling 912 000 lev without VAT. Successful realization of the project will help the company to improve the characteristics of the products, improve the quality and optimize the production processes. Technological equipment under the project will increase the capacity of the company for the production of parts with large dimensions and increase its export potential, which will lead to an overall improvement of the competitive advantages at home and abroad. The ability to grant part of the costs for the realization of the investment is a key factor in starting the project and guarantee for achieving the projected results. This proposal fully meets the objectives of the Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, ISIS 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of SMEs in Bulgaria, as well as the objectives of this selection procedure for projects.
