Technological modernization in order to improvements in production capacity

Softel Ltd. was founded in 1992. Its main activity is the production of electronic and electrical products. Production now includes products such as breakers, switches, controllers, amplifiers, filters, splitters, etc. Over 99% of production is exported to foreign markets (mainly EU) and over 99% of revenues realized from export. Extremely aggressive competition on the European market by the Chinese manufacturers of products, which are used electronic components need improvement in production towards greater flexibility, adaptability and speed of reaction, extending the range and establishing procedures aimed at different market niches and reduce production costs while maintaining and improving its quality. In the context of the abovementioned market situation arises the need for technological modernization and improvement of production capacity of Softel Ltd. Through the implementation of this project, in particular, through the purchase of a machine for fine laser cutting of metal and software engineering design and cutting of metal progress will be the quality of production, improvement and optimization of the manufacturing process as well as reduce cost, which will increase the competitiveness of the company as the external and the internal market. Softel Ltd. currently has no production facilities, which enable the manufacture of metal housings, which are part of the final product, which requires imports of these components from Italy. This fact on the one hand increases the cost of production significantly and at the same time slows. The implementation of the project will close the production cycle of Softel Ltd, which will lead to the autonomy of the company.
