Production capacity improvement in Podemcrane AD

The current project proposal is aimed at purchase and commissioning of 1 CNC lathe, 1 CNC vertical machining center, 1 CNC Internal grinding machine, 1 painting chamber and 1 design software for electrical systems. Serious problems in the production process related to limited production capacity, production costs efficiency, quality, and resource efficiency, caused mainly by the work of the existing old, amortized and ineffective equipment, will be overcome by purchasing and maintaining of the new assets. The old machines will be replaced by new high-tech, automatic and extremely precise machines possessing all advantages of the CNC machines - technological and kinematic accuracy, fast adjustment when switching from one piece to another, reducing the subjective factor in the production process, opportunity for processing of more complex parts. That will lead to increase in the production capacity with more than 15%, increase in the average generated export revenues based on the investment with more than 80% due to the availability for acceptance of new orders from foreign clients as well as increase in the production costs efficiency with more than 16% due to resource efficiency improvement and reduction of production costs. As a result of the project implementation the candidate will increase its production capacity by 10%.
