Since its establishment until now the company is striving to improve its production processes and usavavrshenstva quality of their products so that they can meet market requirements. In this regard, since 2005 the company started the implementation of long-term project to complete and major modernization of its output of dry mixes that include robotics and automation of almost all operations. Purchased a new automated line for the production of dry mixes , which so far works only 50 % of its capacity bp It can not be supplied with a sufficient quantity and quality of the basic raw material - sand permissible humidity (˂ 1%). Except in this direction efforts "MARISAN AND KOLEV" AD also be directed towards expanding the production of dyes with a focus on individual client. Given so regard this project proposal provides for the purchase of tangible fixed assets including new plant for drying of sand that of optimized process , replacing the existing obsolete and outdated one, and equipment - dosing machine, mixer, foiling machine and forklift -related expansion the production of paints. In this respect, this project is a necessary step for achieving the set of company goals related to introduced of new technologies for the automation of production processes, which will optimize production, improve their resource efficiency and efficacy, as a condition for sustainable development of the company.
