Increasing the production capacity and export potential of “Stealit” Ltd.

“STEALIT” Ltd. was established in 1995 and is a manufacturer of calcium, lithium, sodium, complex lithium and aluminum lubricants (greases) and motor, industrial, transmission oils and conservation lubricants used for preventing corrosion on metals and also control, testing and realization of these products. STEALIT Ltd. is a micro company which operates within the Sofia municipalit and Vratsa region with code of economic activity 20.59 “Production of other chemical products, unclassified elsewhere”. There are five main activities executed by the company: - Grease production - Lubricants production - Market research and product realization - Management, customer relationship management, accounting - Logistics Until now, "Stealit" Ltd. outsourced the production of pyrolysis oils used for the production of oils and greases, which significantly complicated the production process. With the new installation the company will solve their basic problems and in particular: - The new updated technology of the proposed installation in the project will optimize production costs and more specifically the cost of the raw materials used in the production process and the optimized ratio of end products per a resource unit. - Introduction of a wastefree technology - the installation does not generate any waste. The three components, which are obtained after pyrolysis process - pyrolysis gas (used for heating and energy source), pyrolysis oils (used as components in the production of lubricants and greases), solid carbon residue (a major component in the graphite greases) that could be further utilized. Thus, maximum utilization of all the materials and increased resource efficiency is achieved. - Increased automation and computerization of the production processes, increased capacity and performance with the introduction of the new installation will allow increased product output per unit of time, increased flexibility and possibilities for timely adjustments.
