Increasing the production capacity and export potential of “Polimer produkt” Ltd.

“Polimer produkt” Ltd. begins its business activity in 2002 with production and trading with chemical products and consulting services for manufacturing chemical producing machinery. The company has produced a number of product lines that include reactors, mixers, spray chambers and cooling systems for processing of polymer materials (greases, lubricants, plastics, etc.).The end products of the company’s activity are – the design and manufacturing of machinery and machinery details. Some of the details produced are created by different polymer compounds and this is the reasoning for devising the current project.Within the current project proposal “Polimer produkt” Ltd. will invest in a mobile module installation for processing of polymer materials used for the production of machinery details, which will improve the manufacturing process. The company has used external contractors for the production of some machine elements, used in the production of machinery, which has been a troublesome part of the production process. With the availability of the new mobile system the details used for the production of given machinery and apparatus can be manufactured in significantly shorter periods and implemented in the production chain, instead of contacting and coordinating with an external contractor or importer. Also, previous experiences show that in some cases, some of the elements requested by a customer company can reach high prices, ceteris paribus, due to the specifics of the request and the desired characteristics. By implementing the planned installation, constructed and devised by Polimer produkt OOD, the company will increase its production capacity in capabilities terms of machinery and machinery elements, as well as grease and lubricants. Through the new installation, the company will improve the following qualities of the produced goods.
