Improving the production capacity of Watec Ltd.

Watek Ltd. is a company specializing in the production and engineering of automated installations for water treatment and storage systems and water pressure increasing. During the recent years the company has significantly expanded its market position and established as leading producer in the country for the food and beverages, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemistry industry. Our production volumes increase annually and through intermediaries we have already implemented several sites abroad. The main impediment to more intensive development of our company is the limited capacity of our existing equipment, which is low productive, inadequate to our needs and can not provide the productivity and quality required by European customers. This project proposal aims at extending the production capacity and improving the production efficiency of Watek Ltd. The investment in new equipment include a microprocessor power supply for orbital welding, open head for orbital welding of tube to tube-2 types, Orbital cutting machine for pipes with outside diameter from 12 to 120 mm, Orbital cutting machine for pipes with outside diameter of 114 to 230 mm, Electro-hydraulic press brake, CNC laser cutting machine with fibro source 2000 W, Band sawing machine. The project is extremely important for the company's development as it will contribute to significant increase in the production capacity-more than 2 times, and so will enable us to take more orders and to accept direct orders without subsidiaries in short delivery time for foreign customers. Thus the project will contribute for increasing our competitive advantages and for the sustainable development of the company in the conditions of growing competition at European level. The investment will also contribute for improving the products quality and production optimization and reduced products costs by reduced cost of raw material, labour and energy.
