Improving the competitiveness of SIDABO Ltd. and increasing the export potential through implementation of new technologies in the production process

SIDABO Ltd. was established in 2007 with main object of designing and manufacturing lifting and handling equipment. The production process goes through the following stages: Design - Supply of materials and details - Cutting - Welding - Assembling and stacked - Installation - Test - Cleaning - Painting - Installation and wiring - Packing and shipping. For stage Design, which is extremely important and fundamental we have know-how, as well as we have a highly qualified, experienced professionals in the face of the Chief Engineer of the enterprise and we use modern software. For some manufacturing stages / Welding, painting, assembly / we also have modern equipment. The subject of this project proposal is the investment in fixed assets assets - AUTOMATIC PORTAL PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE FOR METAL SHEETS - 1 piece and HYDRAULIC GUILLOTINE SCISSORS WITH VARIABLE ANGLE OF CUTTING - 1 piece, which represents a complete new solution to meet the need to improve production process and increase the productivity of the enterprise. Their implementation in production aims to solve manufacturing problems in stage 3 - Cutting to which the company is placed, due to the performance of a number of activities with excessive use of manual labor, caused by lack of adequate modern equipment and the use of obsolete, inefficient, low productivity tools and instruments. In the project we will realize activities and the project management; selection of contractors; Delivery of assets; visualization and promotion of the EU financial contribution; final reporting. The expected results of the project are expressed in a range of economic results that are measurable and will be reported to underlying project indicators. The expected effect of the project is strengthening and expansion of market positions in the country and abroad by increasing the competitiveness of SIDABO Ltd.
