Increase production capacity and enhance the export potential of " VALKOV - TECHNOSVET " Ltd.

Company "VALKOV - TECHNOSVET" Ltd. was established in 1995, specialized in the manufacture of lighting fixtures and lighting installations. Main products are fluorescent and light-emitting diodes (LED) lighting. The share of revenues for 2014. customers outside the country amounted to 85% and countries in which the company exports its products are Poland, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Netherlands. The marketing strategy of the company is aimed at increasing production volumes especially in LED lamps, which are increasingly in demand in the market. Now it has several of its models and development of this type of lighting, but currently produce at high cost and low capacity. The company management determines these two factors as a major constraint to increased trading volumes and revenues of the company. This project is related to the resolution of this restriction and expected to be completed the following activities as a measure to increase the competitiveness of the company: 1 / Action to improve production processes. 2 / Action for the implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Through the implementation of the above activities , this project proposal aims to increase production capacity and enhance the export potential of " VALKOV - TECHNOSVET " LTD . The expected economic impact of the implementation of project activities is: Increased productivity of the company to 16,5913 %; Increased revenues from exports and 26,5161 % Increasing the effectiveness of the company and with 16,1810 percent.
