Increase of the production capacity and enhance of the export potential of Megachim Jsc.

Megachim Jsc., founded in 1996, is among the national market leaders in the production of paints and varnishes and conductor of the introduction of novelties and innovations in the industry. The company manufactures products for coatings (paints, varnishes, primers, thinners) for industrial and home use. The products are of several types: systems in an organic solvent, water-based systems, high solid systems with little or no solvent content. Used by professional (industrial) users for protection of objects of metal, wood, plastic. The production process includes the dispensing of components ( resins, solvents, intermediates, pigments, additives), stirring until obtaining a homogeneous system, grading, cutting of the final product and production. To realize its strategic development plans aimed at expanding the market positions of the internal and external markets, we plan the implementation of this project, including activities for improving of production processes activities, improving of existing products and for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Activities will be implemented through the purchase and commissioning of the selected equipment needed. Selection of the contractor will conduct a selection procedure in accordance with legal requirements - the rules of Decree 118 / 05.20.2014. Along with that will fulfill mandatory activities of information and publicity. The project’s goals are increasing the production capacity of Megachim Jsc. and strengthen the export potential of the enterprise. As a result of its implementation we expect the 3-year period after completion of the project the following effects in increasing the competitiveness and profitability of the company : - Increase the productivity of the company with 17.5219 % ; - Increase revenues from exports with 25.7157 % - Increasing efficiency with 16.4134 %.
