Improving production capacity in "FEERIYA-98" Ltd."

This project proposal is aimed at purchase and commissioning of specialized fixed assets for production of color cosmetics and perfumes (toilet waters): Semi-automatic vacuum-filling machine for nail polish - 1 pc., Stationary disolver propulsion lift - 1 pc., Homogenizer liquid and solid lipstick - 1. Mixer homogenizer viscous products - 1 pc., Semi-automatic filling machine for liquid lipstick and mascara - 1 pc., Mixing machine press for powder for face and eye shadow - 1 pc., Screen screening of powders for face and eye shadow - 1 pc. Semi-automatic cote dosing production line with interchangeable dispensers for toilet water bottles and nail polish remover - 1 pc. With these assets the company will achieve partial automation of processes in all product nomenclatures, cutting production time and the time for the execution of client orders, improve product quality, will optimize production costs and improve resource efficiency, and will enable the company to prepare its own raw materials for the production of color cosmetics. The new machines are high-tech and performance, with a semi-automated processes and precise execution, which will inevitably lead to increased productivity by over 36,8%, over a period of three years after implementation of the project the average revenue generated from exports rise above 26% due to the possibility of taking new orders and increasing the efficiency of production costs by over 16% due to improving resource efficiency in the company. The project is implemented in the "Industry for a healthy life and bio-technology" of Innovative Strategy for Intelligent Specialization.
