The Company Yovasoft 2 Ltd. is associated with scanning, digitization of documents, creation of electronic archives, building online services, cloud solutions, document systems and specialized solutions in the public and private sectors. The main goal of the company is to build an innovative technology center for digitization , which will have a significant positive impact in the global information flow in the direction of its acceleration and refining. In a constantly developing and growing market requirement , the company needs to upgrade the software functionality that can be characterized by innovation, quality and performance.At the same time due to the extremely rapid pace of development of modern electronics technology and aging machinery used for several years already limits to cover the market needs in terms of component base, quality, performance, period of execution and cost of production. The aim of the project proposal is the introduction of innovative software systems to upgrade the functionality of using software to automate the processing of scanned files. Besides software systems will be purchased and modern high-tech specialized scanners. With the implementation in the manufacturing process of the planned purchase high-tech assets would increase significantly the competitiveness of the company, with the result that will expand its market position and create a real possibility of offering services and external markets. As a result of the project will be improved manufacturing processes, will add new features and functionalities of services to current and future customers of the company will optimize the work processes in order to increase resource efficiency, quality and efficiency of the production cycle.
