Increasing the production capacity of "Pasat anteni" Ltd

"Pasat anteni" Ltd is the only Bulgarian manufacturer of satellite, communications and parabolic antennas. The company is established in 1993 and since then is oriented towards constant improvement of the production process and diversification of Its products. Currently the production capacity of the company is reached, which restrains its further development. The main objective of the project is: Increasing the production capacity and export potential of "Pasat anteni" Ltd. The specific objectives are: 1.Increasing export revenues; 2.Growth of labor productivity; 3.Increasing the efficiency of production costs; 4.Improving the quality of production; 5.Diversifying the range of products; 6.Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process by reducing the consumption of raw materials for production. The main project activities are: 1.Activities to improve production processes; 2.Activities to add new features or improve existing products and services; 3.Activities to diversify the range of products and services of the company; 4.Activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The duration of the project is 14 months. The total expenditures of the project are 974 300.00 BGN and the grant is 70% or 682 010.00 BGN and the co-financing from the beneficiary is 292 290.00 BGN. Nine fixed assets will be purchased and implemented in the production process of "Pasat anteni" Ltd: Mold for production of 65 cm. communication antenna; Set of molds for production of stand for 65 cm. communication antenna; Automatic line for degreasing and phosphating; Mechanized MIG-MAG welding machine for stand for communication antenna; Inverter apparatus for air plasma cutting; Two industrial dehumidifiers; Screw compressor; Semi-automatic packaging machine with stretch film.
