Increasing production capacity and export potential of DIAHIM JSC

DIACHIM JSC was established in 2011 with a core business activity - “manufacture of other chemical products”. The Company manufactures standard sets of prepared culture media in petri dish. The product is intended for various microbiological analyses in laboratory conditions It is widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The limited production capacity and underdeveloped product structure does not provide the Company options to develop its markets and to supply all potential users; it also predetermines the position of DIACHIM JSC, as a manufacturer, operating entirely in segment "Upon customer's inquiry." The Company's main customers are training and scientific organizations. The production of sets of prepared culture media in Petri dishes is fully compliant with customers' requirements and their purchase orders. Customers have established a strong demand for the product, yet the Company is not in a position to provide constant supplies due to insufficient production capacity. The Company tries to develop its product range and improve production processes to comply with the intensified demand and the demands of national and international markets, including hospitals and pharmaceutical companies as potential customers. This project provides investments in tangible assets - a requirement for achieving the Company's goals, namely: Introduction of new technologies to improve production processes, expand the Company's markets, thanks to the improved quality of the final product, as well as enhanced resource efficiency and effectiveness, as a pre-requisite for the sustainable development of DIACHIM JSC. The investments will help to improve the quality of the final product and create export potential for the implementation of the production capacity of the company on the international markets.
