Improvement of the production capacity of GIG Karasek LTD

"GIG Karasek" Ltd. was founded in 2010 in the town Russe as a subsidiary of "GIG Karasek" GmbH, Gloggnitz, Austria with the purpose to produce at lower cost manufacturing components bought till the moment from external providers of the parent company. For this goal, in the Free zone in the town of Russe, the company rented a hall, which was reconstructed in accordance to the requirements of the parent company. After starting the production activity, the employment rose and now the workers appointed in the company are 27. The next step in the medium-term business strategy of the company is to increase production capacity and improve the quality of the company's products. In the long term the company expects to be able to achieve an independent placing on the international markets and starting of an independent offering of the products and services of “GIG Karasek” Ltd. on those markets. The current project proposal envisages implementation of the following activities: • Improving the production process • Adding new features and improving existing products • Diversification of the product range • Introduction of new technology to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The results, expected with the realization of the project are: - Increased production capacity - New features of existing products of the enterprise - Improved products - Reduced processing time - Reduced cost of the products of the enterprise - Increased product range of the enterprise - Improved possibilities for enterprise development and for introduction of new product in the products list of the enterprise - Improved export potential of “GIG Karasek” Ltd. As a result of the implementation of the project proposal 3 additional employees will be hired to work with the new equipment.
