Technological Modernization in "Ka Engineering" Ltd

The implementation of this project includes the investment in modern equipment for the following: - The machining of metal by a five-axis mill turn machine. This machine executes two essentially different technological operations simultaneously: turning and milling. - New and highly technological method for final processing of products by electro-physical ultrasonic material deformation- lathe with a mechanism for electro-physical ultrasonic plastic deformation of materials. This method ensures that the machined surface would become extremely rigid and mechanically strengthened which results in extremely high non-corrosiveness and endurability. Results of the implementation are: 1.Improving of production process; 2.New characteristics added to existing pdoducts and services; 3.Diversifiation of products and services assortment, establishing of technologie and machines, for producing new products and services; 4.Introduction ot new technologies for increacing the resource effectiveness and efficiency in production process; Other projcts results: Increacing of the employment. Enshuring of safety labor conditions through automatiozation of process and reducing the hand made labor, also using of specific equipment in condition of safety consumption requirements. Environment protection. Increasing of market range and incomes. Company plans to expand activites as a result of incomes increacing. Also the Company plans increacing of new clients sells, based on incomes percentage and increacing of ten new destinations and/or clients.
