Introduction of high technology and increasing of production capacity in "MIG 23" LTD

MIG 23 LTD was established in 2005. The company is working in the following main directions: • production of High voltage/low voltage prefabricated substation, manufactured in factory conditions, according to BDS EN 62271-202:2007; • Providing all electrical works in conjunction with the placing in service of the buildings, as well as complete High voltage/low voltage prefabricated substation (H/LVPS); • Manufacturing, mounting and equipment of the electrical equipment, manufacturing of metal constructions, electrical and power distribution boards; The Organization has been certified according to ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004. It's registered in the Central professional register of the Builder to the construction Chamber for 2015. As well as has a certificate of compliance in accordance with the requirements of BS EN62271 for manufactured H/LVPS in connection with the expansion of the capacity of an existing business object-industrial workshop, including renovation of the base material and the introduction of new products in the project proposal the candidate provides the realization of the following activities related to the expansion of the capacity of the enterprise: 1/activities for the implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process, by means of a comprehensive modernization process of seals. The project realized investment in modern production equipment, will allow the enterprise to improve their productivity, quality and competitiveness, and the total sales volume, including direct export, as a fundamental prerequisite for its sustainable development. Equipment: System for the application of pure polyester on details of sheet steel with electrochemical, automated control of polymerization process.
