Increasing the production capacity of "Andy Solid" Ltd. for the development of new export markets and products

Project goal: Increase production capacity and enhance the export capacity of the company "Andy Solid" Ltd. through the introduction of new production equipment. The company is a micro enterprise for production of machines for working metal, with capacity and resources that meet the requirements for eligibility procedure BG16RFOP002-2.001 "Improving the production capacity of SMEs." Need for the project: a mismatch between available capacity and demand for machines for working metal; insufficient financial resources of micro enterprise to achieve its targets for new external markets with new quality products. Project activities: Increase the range of new products, increasing the production capacity of existing resources and improve effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. Method of execution: from the project team and the contractor chosen under Decree 118/2014 on the supply, erection, installation and commissioning of new equipment: A number of Vertical Machining Center and a number of CNC lathe. Amount requested project grants - 454 136.26 lev, constituting 70% of the planned total cost - 648 766.08 lev Expected results: 1) gradual increase in the range of 5 to 10 new machines and the volume of production 2) development of export sales of production and expansion of positions in foreign markets; 3) improvement of resource efficiency and effectiveness and reduce the cost of production; 4) Positive change in the indicators: internal rate of return; average revenues generated from export; Efficiency of production costs. Expected outcome: increased competitiveness of the company "Andy Solid" Ltd. due to information provided by the ERDF financial support for investment in modern equipment and creating a potential for production and export of new types of products and new markets
