Improving the production capacity in "BIO FRESH" Ltd.

BIO FRESH Ltd. is a modern company for the production of cosmetic products, established in 2000. As a result of its longstanding activities the company has introduced on the market numerous series of cosmetic products and presently the goods offered under the brand Biofresh and our other registered trademarks exceeds 450 products. The main products we produce by categories are: • emulsions (creams, conditioners) • foam-washing products (detergents) - shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps • soaps • perfumes, toilet waters • products for and aftershave For the realization of this diverse production BIO FRESH Ltd. has its own production base on an area of over 20 acres, many shops in the country and developed distribution network that operates through company car fleet, which serves the various warehouses and retail outlets. Planned project activities include improvement of production processes and implementation of new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and will be realized through the delivery and commissioning of automated warehouse system. With the increase the production capacity of the company and introduction of new products have more and more diverse cosmetic products to be kept in stock, as the company uses all own available premises and also warehouses for rent. On one hand, this constitutes a considerable financial cost, on the other hand generates waste and for other resources - human resources, time, transportation costs, inventory and others. The availability of an automated warehouse system, which is the result of the synergy of ICT and innovation will enable us to store effectively and efficiently the produced quantities, at any time we will be informed about the available quantities, location, expiry date and others. Also are envisaged and appropriate measures for publicity and information according to the rules of Annex XII to Regulation (EU) № 1303/2013.
