Improving the production capacity in "ARSI COSMETICS" Ltd.

"ARSI COSMETICS" LTD has been established in 2006. Distinctive for our products is the huge diversity of plant extracts incorporated in our cosmetics, which can be defined as a boutique. A large part of the plant extracts that we use in our products are produced by us with emphasis the proven characteristics of the herbs in the Rhodope Mountains. Our extracts are used as ingredients for high quality cosmetics as by many Bulgarian producers and companies from abroad. Technology used enables maximum extraction of the very best from the plants. Combination of the extracts from ecologically clean region and innovative scientific approach positions the cosmetic products of the company primarily in the higher price range. We sell our products both in Europe and in the Middle East - the company has an office in Kuwait and the highest market share we have in Libya. The planned project activities are determined by the growing product range and the limited capacity of existing equipment, which prevents the increase in production and brings us unable to satisfy all orders. Specific element in customers from the Middle East is the need swiftly to be delivered the contracted products. At the same time the company performs regular orders by working with end-users, and Internet stores. Due to insufficient technological capacity we are prevented to realize our full market potential. Planned project activities include improvement of production processes and implementation of new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and will be realized through the delivery and commissioning of Automatic line for filling and closing of the emulsions and gels in laminated and copolymer tubes, Labeling machine for flat and round vials and Line for foiling with shrink film.
